Gold worked with the California College of the Arts Masters of Visual and Critical Studies Program to create a publication of graduating students thesis work. With a strong focus on the visuals that are the subject of the essays systems were developed to allow for the many different types of images, footnotes fall directly beside text, and stacked folios add a typographic visual element.

The interior of the book was printed on a lightweight uncoated stock in black and white with colored paper inserts to cut costs while adding splashes of color.
