We worked with Headlands Center for the Arts to design the identity and materials for their First Look event in 2014. The event is a celebratory night featuring performances and installations by Headlands Alumni. We took inspiration from the faceted hills of Headlands and experimented with paper folding in the creation of the typographic treatment of the event title. An iridescent foil stamped in playful geometric shapes overlays the invite referencing the the symbiotic relationship of the art and the landscape. The program features an asymmetrical fold.
