Gold worked with Dr. Jill Barron to create an illustration highlighting the community, the people, and the town in the aftermath of the tragedy on December 14, 2012. 

The graphic is about the support the town gets from itself—the teachers, the coaches, the law enforcement, the community as a whole. It deals with the children who need support after having lived through such a traumatic experience.

An icon system was created as well as a number of smaller illustrations to accompany Barron's assesment report.
