When California College of the Arts (CCA) asked us to take on the identity for the 2015 AICAD conference we embarked on a year long process that created an identity that not only for the conference, but the Exploring Science in the Studio initiative at CCA. We built the identity around a custom lettering system inspired by scientific diagram language. 

The identity included many pieces including a website, two publications, environmental graphics for the conference and the installation of a permanent library display.
